Dear Sirs.

Please note that, since 18 April of this year, in spite of numerous attempts on my part to get a response, you have failed to ensure that the vehicle delivered to me was at the specification for which you have quoted and been paid for. I'm using this public forum as you have failed to respond to other attempts to communicate with you. I have contacted the factory of the manufacturer in question to attempt to the reason for this. Disappointing service considering the marque in question.
