I had a query with regards to my account and emailed my student advisor on Monday 22 April, who failed to get back to me. After day 2 of no response I decided to contact my student advisor. All she could tell me is that she would get back to me. Another 2 days passed and still nothing. Again, I contacted my advisor who after 4 days still could not give me an answer. After numerous phone calls and emails with no response I called again on Friday 26 April and only then could I get an answer. I am disguated by the service I recieved, as this was not what I expected. After eventually forcing for feeding back I left the lady with another question who once again failed to get back to me. Not once did she let me know that she was working on it, let alone did she acknowledge that she recieved my email. Each time I wanted answers I had to do all the calling and all the emailing with no response at all.
