!! FAILURE YET AGAIN TO PAY FUNDS!! NO CUSTOMER SER

Email sent to Nadia in Dec 2012 for Optician app, funds not loaded. Got a hold of Ronald after numerous failed attempts to contact Nadia. I could only get app in Jan 2013. He checked with management and reverted to call him in Jan and he will load funds. Numerous attempts in Jan failed to contact Ronald, I was finally advised he was away for a week. 14 Jan Ronald failed to return my three calls. at 16h00/14 i received a call from the esculations manager. He advised that this will not be paid for as policy terminated on 31 dec 2012. Request recordings of my conversation with Ronald whereby i was advised this will be paid for due to Nadia's inefficiency to load funds on my email request. he refused my request and advised he will send me a mail within five minutes and as usual a week later, no mail received. I AM IN PROCESS OF LODING COMPLAINT WITH FSB AND AMBUDSMAN. JANICE WAS MORE KEEN ON ADVISING ME IN DEC OF THEIR STATE OF THE ART COMPUTOR SYSTEM AND LEGAL DEPART. You cannot get through telephonically and e-mails come back as returned. 18 HELLOPETER COMPLAINTS IN JAN2013. They do not care about CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE IS ALSO NO MANAGEMENT AVAILABLE. REPORT BAD SERVICE TO FSB!!!
