Poor Service Delivery

My car was taken to them 6 weeks back to replaces the pretensions and till today I still have no idea on when the car would be completed or at least lead time on when I should expect it. I call once a every 2 weeks I keep getting the same response we "don't know'. For a GM dealer this is really pathetic I when I bought the car last I thought since they had branches all other South African getting parts would be efficient and effective.

I'm now at the point where I decided to encourage my friends and family to seek others options for car services, repairs or even buying a car.
