No Feedback/No Service

Am struggling to get a quote for almost 10 days for damages to my vehicle. Never receive call backs or updates as to why this is taking so long. I tried to call Monday 24 June and could not get hold of Chris, left a message to call me back and am still waiting. I managed to get hold of Chris on Thursday 27 June and he informed me that there is a problem with the manufacturer giving prices and that he will call them immediately and call me back. Still waiting for call back since Thursday!!

This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Will never recommend the Car Lab to anybody and would advise all people to stay well clear.
