Excellent attitude, assistance and commitment

We sent a parcel containing medication to our daughter in Thailand, accompanied by required doctor's report and original prescription. Bangkok customs decided that this wasn't good enough and refused to release the package. My husband spoke to both Roelof and Julian at PostNet, Second Ave in Bloemfontein. They promised to attend to getting this expensive package back to us and they did! They kept my husband in the loop with feedback, they negotiated with the Medical Control Council and kept on reporting back to us. Today it was confirmed by Julian that the package would be arriving in Bloemfontein soon. Thank you to both these men for excellent service, going the extra mile and keeping to whatever they promised to do.
