I took my vehicle in for a quotation on wiper blades that needed to be replaced. Barnie Blignaut assisted me with the quote and with the info that he asked me he gave me a price on black and white. Come time to fit the blades at the same Honda Tygerberg they then said that its not the price. Barnie Blignaut never apologized for his mistake and laziness for i had my vehicle physically there he never inspected it to see or asked for the VIN number, time to fit he is quick to ask for VIN numbers and push the blame back to me. Hey that's why i asked for a quote in the first place to see how much it is and then pay, i want no discount or anything. He never treated me with the necessary respect and his fellow member agreed that he must give it to me for the price on the quote all i wanted was a decent apology and not attitude. He then ran to his manager and when i phoned him the next day he already made up his mind with the story that Barnie fed him. This was so sad that the way they handle and talk to there customers not to mention that we were from opposite races. If i had to be the same race the attitude would have been different from Barnie/Honda's side. Very Bad service.left with no blades
