Dishonest sales

On the 14th of June 2013 i bought a car cash from the Imperial select in Cape town (Diep River multifranchise) i was helped by a sale guy called Shahied Japhter, ever since i made the payment Sahied stopped contacting me, i contacted him almost everyday because when we spoke, he promised that the car will be delivered to me before end of the week, the car is still not delivered and when i called him, he told me that his guys will deliver the car and now he sudenly changed when i called him on monday he told me that he was organising a courier and today he told me that the courier will deliver the car seven days after pick up and the car was still with him, i called his manager Martin twice, who always promises to get back to me and never does, even now im still waitingi have lost the hope that my car will be delivered and i asked Shahied if it was possible to get a refund but he told me that it was not, i dont know how possible is that because i have nothing to show that i bought a car. PLEASE HELP ME. Shahied is so dishonest, unreliable, and full of stories.
