POOR, POOR SERVICE

Hi have had poor service twice in the space of one month. On the 16th May13 nobody contacted me to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle until I called 4 times. I had to take the vehicle back the next day because it wasn't repaired. Still I had the same problem. Yesterday, 6th June 13 my vehicle died and I live in the area so Diep River was the closest I could take it into. I understood I never had a booking so my car wouldn't be seen to on the day but today I had to call 5 times again until I got hold of the service advisor. To only be told at 16h30 that my car won't be done. They can't even tell me if they sourced the problem or not. Their client relations are pathetic and attention needs to be directed to management concerning. The Service advisors respectively were Jonathan and Rene van den Berg
