Bad service, incompetent people

Our BMW 335i has been at BMW Leo Haese since the beginning of May. We lost our keys, and wanted to order new keys. They lost our paperwork and ordered the wrong keys more than once. Eventually they phoned us yesterday, saying that we can come and fetch it, which means we paid a car and insurance for 2 months without being able to use our car. When we received our car today we drove to the first stop street only to realise something was drastically wrong. Took the car back. From what we could understand they programmed our 335i with a 320d's software. It seems that nobody at this branch is capable of doing their job or knows what is going on. Such a frustrating experience. Our other BMW was suppose to go in tomorrow for something they left out on the service, but we are seriously considering taking the car to another branch.
