Good Day

I bought my car at KIA Pinetown so I do all my car services there, in May 2013 my car keys just broke and I reported a warranty claim with KIA Pinetown, in July 2013 when I brought my car for a 45000 km service they took my broken car keys so they will get me the new ones, so I waited till December 2013 and they told the person who was helping me then has left the company and they don't know where she put the keys and now THEY ARE EXPECTING ME TO PAY FOR THE KEY THAT THEY LOST!
