P D Panel CC Defrauding Customers

My vehicle went to P D Panel CC after I obtained various quotes and their quote seemed reasonable. They fetched the vehicle on the 17th of May 2013. After 4 weeks I had to threaten them to get my vehicle back, made the final payment and went to fetch my vehicle on the 15th of June 2013. They had to rectify various issues before I left on Saturday 15th, just before they closed, and on my way home the RF noise appeared. I did a full inspection and realised that half of the stuff that I paid for was not done. I gave them a chance to rectify the problems but they fail to comply. I have requested a detailed invoice of what I paid for and what work was done, but have to date received nothing. They are now ignoring all correspondence. The payments was made to the owner's personal bank account and I have tried to recall the last payment, but it appear that he has cleared the account. The work that was done is of very poor quality and I will have to have most of it redone. I had to spend another R4010 on the 21st of June, just to replace the parts on the FR and FL to ensure the brakes did not fail. Do NOT use that panelbeaters as you don't know what you are going to get back.
