Car service = bad service

On 19 June I took my i30 in for its 15000km service, on 24 June I tried to go to work only to find that the battery is as flat as a pancake. What the did they do to my car???
This is something they're supposed to check, either they did not bother or they managed to something else up that completely drained the battery. Utter incompetence - someone should get fired!!!
