Charged for following an instruction

Mi way rented a car for me and i paid R750 in deposit. Avis only refunded R360. The due date for returning the car was June the 16th @ 1030hrs and Avis sent me a direct instruction to drop the car at an international airport since it was a holiday. I did so and got charged R50. I called Soweto Branch where i got the car and spoke to Daniel who told me that the R50 charge was procedure and there was nothing he could do. About my refund he has been ignoring my calls.
