Coen gouws must retire

I just want to say that coen gouws from the mio should go to a old age home. He is not fit for the job his been given. His attidue is sickening the way he deals with a problem. I've read a lot of report against coen gouws on hello peter and I must say I've experience exactly the same problem with him. For eg: him being in the pay masters pocket and not really analizing a case but just taking what the dealer says. This is useless and needs to call it a day on what he calls his job. Coen gouws takes the easy way out so that he don't have to fight for the customer. We as the customers need people in the mio who will fight and who will analize every case with the proper attention so that we as the customer don't always come second.
