It's a year and a half later and I still have faulty parts on a brand new car I bought from Vaalridge Auto.
I've experienced the worst service ever from any company I've dealt with.
I reported a fault in December of 2012. Beginning of January my car was taken in for a service and for the faulty part to be replaced. My car was serviced but the part not replaced. I was informed it had been ordered and I'd l be requested to bring it in as soon as it arrives. A warning light recently started going off again. The part for the coolant leak (apparently a general fault in the 1 series sold during that time) was given to someone else. I was never contacted by anyone. I'm experiencing the same problem now. I have to follow up on progress because if I don't I'll be stuck driving the piece of sold to me.
I've copied the branch manager and BMW customer service in on all the emails I've sent to the people or person I've dealt and I've never had a response or feedback from either.
They treat you like gold during the sale period but straight after you're absolutely nothing in their eyes.
I'm still waiting for the gift my sales person was supposed to have given me.
