Bad attitude and No results on repairs

My car was booked in on 6 June 2013 at Hyundai Strijdom Park. I asked the service depart to do a 45000 km service and other issues. I have to contact them to obtain feedback on progress of repairs. To date (21/06/2013) the car is still there.

The 1st day I contacted the foreman told me the issue I reported was a noise from the gearbox and said they need to send it away for repairs he also said that as the car warranty will expire within a months' time, all warranties will expire and they will not provide any warranty on the work they will do on the gearbox. How is this possible? You do get workmanship guarantees! I don't think he knows his own products. Also the day I booked the car in he even laughed in the face of another. What a terrible experience. Again I contacted the dealership for progress, then the service advisor said she was on leave, she didn't send the photos last week for approval for repairs. The service advisor is very unprofessional. Then said that I need to pay for the repairs on the gearbox, however my plan covers all of these repairs, and from what they said it's not wear and tear. Hyundai should be addressing the service it is shocking
