You expect us to trust you with our most valuable possessions, you promise customer service and excellence. Well, I have yet to see it! YOU HAVE TAKEN 2 WEEKS to get us a QUOTE and STILL IT HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO US!!! What is going on. How can we trust you to deliver our goods safely when you can't even get the basics right!
