Autocrew Bosch Unique Customs
Do not rely on them!

After my girlfriend drove the left front wheel into a pavement drain, I towed the vehicle to Autocrew Unique Customs in Blackheath to assess the damage and repair the damage caused.

On jacking the vehicle in to the workshop, they caused severe damage to my aircon condenser which will cost R3000 to replace. This was definitely caused then as the radiator directly behind it nor any of the surrounding bodywork is damaged. The jack pushed up and damaged the condenser.

They damaged what was a perfect CV boot by negligently damaging the seal on removal. I then bought a brand new one from Renault which is now leaking a few days after their install.

Two hours extra labour was added to 'Pull front suspension forward to set wheel allignment', they gave me a wheel allignment report which was correct timestamped before the time they claim to have done this.

I was asked to pay R 2508 in cash as 'card machine not working', this is not the first time!

In summary, I would strongly advise to steer clear of this 'Bosche Accredited' service center as they have caused me great inconvenience and financial loss as they have in effect caused more damage than what was initally there!
