People beware and stay far away from Rose Naidoo and Unique Customs/Bosch Autocrew. She telling me that my car would be fitted with a Bosch second hand gearbox. When it was too late I realised that no such gearbox exists. I was given faulty parts and would never have let them work on my gearbox. I would have taken it to Mayfair for repairs. My car left her garage in worse condition than it went in. The work charged for was not done and I broke down 5 times with my children after each time my car was at her garage. She used my situation of being a single mother and saw an opportunity to rob me. Even her mechanics are liars. The one mechanic let slip that I still had my old gearbox in the car. I lodged a complaint with the MIO (Motor Industry Ombudsman) and her responses were after lie. I submitted an affidavit where she falsified my signature on a quotation. The MIO did not take this into account. The documentation is and she knew I could not afford an attorney and she used this to her full advantage. I spent R12, 000 on rubbish. She went so far as to collaborate with a mechanic up the road, Car-Pro who is also a and has gotten a few complaints on Hello Peter.
