Dear Mr Palvi

1. As per the email below, I delivered the car to your premises on Tuesday 4 June 2013 at about 14:00. The Bmw 118i arrived back from our contracted workshop at 12h00 today. We have in the interm cleaned your car if you wanted to collect the car. The quotation for repairs will be sent to me at which point I will need the car again.

2. Since then I have not heard from you and so you have still not given me, after nearly 48 hours, an indication of how long you will still need, at this stage, to assess the car, as per your email below. We are in the hands of technical people who need time to properly diagnose a fault.

3. I therefore still have no idea which repairs you are prepared to fix and which you are not; needless to mention, I still have no idea how much of the cost of repairs will be covered by your organisation and which will not be covered.your car was at 2 separate service centres in the space of 4 days, I believe you had an oil change done without our knowing and 4 days later you had it done again as the incorrect oil was used. I am therefore not sure how much liability you
