, Damage & bad service from A&B Movers Joburg

I own a brokerage company and have been using AB Movers for almost a year, I predominantly use Cape Town & Durban branch and love their service.

I have used the JHB branch 4 times and in every instance my clients goods were & damaged. Several times I have contacted the manager at the main branch to complain and no one ever gets back to neither me nor my clients.

I was told when I called the manager that I must realise they are going out of their way for me. I own a company and when I hire staff to take care of my clients they get paid to do so.

This woman makes as if she is doing me a favour by finding out who in their branch is a serious kleptomaniac. It has not come to the point where I have to make this public. My clients are screaming at me due to AB Movers Johannesburg compete disgusting service, they have no clue what is happening in that branch aka HEAD OFFICE.

They are apparently PMA approved. Clients pay a lot more money for their service than they would with a smaller company that is not PMA approved, and better service.
