NEED HELP FROM BMW SA

I need help from BMW SA. I have 2001 M3 SMG, 9 months ago I started having problems with the gears engaging. R50000 and nine months later I'm still sitting with the same problem, no-one can figure it out. The car has been to about 6 of the Top BMW places in Cape Town and still haven't got anywhere yet. I went as far as buying another gearbox and same problem. Workshops have even liased with BMW in Germany and the advice they gave didn't work either. The car has now become more of a joke within the M3 owner circles in Cape Town. I need BMW SA to assist in this matter please. A call would be highly appreciated. thanks
