Skynet - The WORSE x FAR!!!

Where do I start?. after using DHL for years my supplier suddenly sent goods with Skynet as the SA contractor.. well well... apart from them NEVER updating their online tracking Service, I had to wait 4 days to get my good cleared from Customs!! ( DHL - SAME DAY!!!), the service is shocking, they do not follow up with the client regarding paperwork needed.. they also "dont work weekends" ...( But Customs does), and they charge R200.00 service fee for what??? If I paid R200 and Got great service and quick delivery fine but no... now they tell me my parcel will only be delivered in 2 days after paying cash into their NEDBANK account early this morning..oohh, they "dont do payment notifications anymore, only cleared payments because of "??? so my parcel has been sitting at the airport for 2 days and will take another 2 days... DHL charge R100.00 service fee, they have a department dedicated to clearing items from customs quickly, and they call you back!! SKYNET YOU!!!.. its the last time I ever use you and i will make sure my clients never use you either!! Ridiculous service standards and procedures!!! terrible 3rd world service!!!
