Hyundai Can't even repair their own cars properly

My clutch of my hyundai getz 1.4 gl 2007 model broke exactly 3 weeks ago. When my car broke down Discovery insure sent out a tow truck to tow my car to the hyundai branch closest to my house (which was wonderboom). I had arranged by MFC for an additional loan on my car so that i can get my car fixed and i also had 5 new tyres put on my car aswell. MFC had contacted me to say that payment had been made for both Hyundai and Tiger wheel and tyre. Tiger wheel and tyre contacted me to say that payment has been recieved. But with hyundai i had to phone and ask if payment was recieved. When i went on friday last week to collect my car they would not give me my car and treated myself and MFC as "criminals" that i had to leave my ID book as security even though they phoned MFC and MFC told them that payment has been made. So after recieving my vehicle on that friday i just happened to be that my car broke down yet again on sunday (not even two days later) with exactly the same problem. I had to be towed again by Discovery Insure.
