I trusted Pickford with my delivery of goods from JHB to Cape Town. Upon receiving my goods i found that the unique brackets taht can not be replicated was removed (There was no no need remove the brackets in order to successfully remove the bed), As a paying client i submitted an insurance request and to my dismay i receive a letter from your company staing that you will pay me R500 for brackets taht i will never find anywhere. the shop i bought the bed at closed!
the bed is valued at 7000 however now taht i can assembly it - it is useless. i am a single person living and moved cities to find a better job, i can not afford to buy another BED and your company wants to pay me 500.!!!
