3Days to replace 3 things

I took my Renault Clio 3 S to Renault Centurion to replace a fog light, wipers, check brakes and shocks. And a second time for an oil leak on the engine. I dropped the car @ 07h00 on the 13th. I didn't getting any calls & trying to get hold of them was useless. I got to the dealership @ 17h30 to hear the car is still on ready. Today I got there at 13h00 still not ready, they will phone me @16h00, I had to phone them. Car is still not ready, maybe tomorrow. I am left without a car for 3days to do 3 things, no communication. I had to cancel @ important meeting because of it. I wanted to go and visit my parents for the weekend and fathers day, but once again I am left without a car or any communication. I was warned about Renault I see now why. I will sell this car asap and will never in my life buy another Renault.
