ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!

Renault in Boksburg has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I bought a brand new Renault Clio from them and since day one I've had issues with the car which have still not been sorted out three months later. I regret ever buying a car from them. I wish that nobody will ever support such a pathetic excuse of a company.

I have tried countless times to get these people to fix my car. It has been back with them on numerous occasions and then it comes back worse. They never phone back. They make NO EFFORT what so ever to make it more convenient for the client. When you DO manage to get a hold of them and book your car then they drop you off somewhere with your OWN car! Where in your life have you seen that? What is more shocking is how many things are wrong with the car and how they cannot sort it out? Why do I have to go back again and again for the same things? Why is it always such a mission to get the car there?

Renault Boksburg promised us yellow lined race carpets and a usb stick when we purchased the car. 3 months later and still waiting. They make false promises when you buy and conveniently don't stick to them. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER RENAULT IN MY LIFE!!
