Me and my wife went to to kelfords in somerset west to buy a Mazda 3 the salesman Neville Brotherhood was exceptional. the valuator Jacques Fourie appraises our Hyundai Tucson at R85000 and book value is R103000. i then ask J fourie why the low valuation and he says to me HE THINKS the vehicle was in a front end collision because the gaps by the bonnet and fenders are out. I then go with him to the vehicle and ask him to show me what he is talking about. he tries to convince me that the gaps are out and i prove him wrong. After that he says to me well I don't have to prove to you anything and that's my price take it or leave it. I then ask to speak to the manager, he goes inside comes back out and says to me my manager says he is not interested in what you have to say and if I made a price the price stands. After I ask for the customer care number the owner/dealer principal Peter Kelly comes out. I try and explain to him whats going on and he turns around and tells me if you don't like our price go and buy your car by ford in diep river which i did. I got R95000 for my Tucson and absolutely impeccable service from the salesman to the valuator to the sales manager and the F&I
