Bad service from the Kia Service department

I purchased a brand new Kia sportage in April 2012. Within the first month my car wouldn't start. I was towed to kia umhlanga who said the tracker was draining the battery. I complained to my tracker company and even though when they tested it, they said nothing was wrong, they still replaced the whole tracker system. Within 2 weeks, the car wouldn't start again. I phoned Kia assist again but my husband said don't worry we would just jump start it. The next day my car started fine. Over the next few months, my car wouldnt start intermittently but after 10 minutes or so it would start. I took it in for its first service and asked them to fix it. They said I was filling my car too much and that's why the car wasn't starting. So I only filled it to the second click as I was advised but the issue continued. So I booked it in again. They now say its rat damage which they claim is recent (R3200 which is not covered by the maintenance plan). this issue has been going on for over a year. I asked them to give me the wiring which they did not and they were able to see deeper into my car so now they have fixed the loose wiring. I have no proof. It's my word against them.
