I called the dealership last week Thursday/Friday to book my car in for service for today 11/06/2013. When I arrived, I removed all my personal belongings and proceeded to walk towards the Quality Care counter. A service technician then told me that I should wait for someone who will come and assist me. I stood there for a good 10-15min whilst they were all walking around and helping everyone except me. I was asked a few times if I was helped but still had no assistance. When I was eventually attended to, my job card was not even there or printed.
I even told one of the guys that I am running late for work and still the service was poor. There was a gentleman who came after me with his bakkie and got assistance immediately. I left my car at the dealership not even knowing any of the service advisors or the name of the lady that assisted me. I did not even receive an apology, was just asked what I need done on the car and that they would call me.
Disgusting service especially for a cash paying customer. Not impressed at all.
