The service I received at GRORAP was excellent. Reception was excellent and booking in was thorough. They contacted me periodically to let me know where they were in the process of fixing my car. Collection was awesome, making facilities available to make payment, accompanying me to the car to ensure I was happy with the work, and even helping to unpack the hired car. They top it all off with a Sally Williams Nougat. :) The attitudes and manner of everybody I came into contact with from reception to the friendly lady that makes the tea to the technician, was very professional. Most importantly they did an excellent repair job.
