Traveling expenses not refunded

I intended to purchase a vechile from the above dealer and traveled from PE to Jo-burg on Friday night to collect the vehicle on Saturday. I was told the vehicle had been through roadworthy and an 80 point check had been done, I inspected the vehicle at the dealer ship and was assured by Santie the vehicle was able to drive back to PE. On getting to the guesthouse i check the vehicle again and notice that one of the rims was crack and the other were repaired, I immediately contacted Santie and took the vehicle back. She was only prepared to fix the rim and not replace it, i then decided not to take the vehicle and asked if i would be refunded for my travelling expenses. She agreed and told me to fax my receipt to her. After I had sent the receipts to her she came back to me and said she is not able to refund me. I was also charge approximately R2000 for insurance and I was told i will only be refunded R1300 and not the transaction fee of R700. This is unacceptable as i had the car approximetaly 20 mins.

Surely i sould be able to choose my own insurance company and i feel promises where made witch had not been kept.
