Dear Big Boy Scooters,

Currently I am very unhappy about the customer service provided by Big Boy Scooters in Cape Town City Centre. The issues are as follows:

1. Bad advertisement. The Big Boy Retro that I bought about 7 months ago clearly is not capable of reaching a speed of 95 KM/h as advertised on the website of Big Boy Scooters. The max speed is 80 KM/H and if you drive that for too long than the scooter chokes and dies. (Please don't advertise for 95 KM/H)

2. The first service I had, at that time at Sea Point Branch, was not good. I constantly had to call the branch because they would never call me to explain me why it took them 7 days to fix my bike. Not one time have they called me back. They told me on day 2 that they were busy but when I called on day 4 they still hadn't done anything. Clearly a case of lying to the customer!!!

3. Currently my bike is for a service for already two weeks. They are waiting for head office to decide if the claim that they have put in will be approved. GUYS HOW LONG DOES THIS HAVE TO TAKE. I am spending 3 hours per day since I now have to travel by public transport instead of 0, 5 hours by bike. Also this time no calls or feedback.
