PG Glass
Wrong Windscreen orde

I was called by a lady from PG glass in lenasia yesterday the 31st of May 2013 to arrange the replacement of the windsreen on my vehicle. The lady took all the details and we confirmed an appointment for Saturday the 1st of June 2013. I got there around 8h37 only to find that they've ordered an incorrect glass. Their excuse was that maybe I gave them the wrong year make for the vehicle or maybe my car is not a 2007 model as I know it but a 2006. I want to know that if your are working with vehicles and you are well aware of the fact that there could be different models of cars produced in a year with the same description but not the same on some of the parts, why don't you get the vehicles VIN number to place the correct order. I woke up very early just for my precious time to be wasted where I could've been studying for my exam. They said they will do it at my house on monday, I doubt if it'll happen
