I contacted PG Glass to replace 2 vehicle windscreens on 2 April 2013. I got notified that my claims have been authorised on 3 April and that the Centurion Branch would phone me to make arrangements to replace the windscreens. On 8 April I phoned THEM, to enquire what is going on. The lady told me it is NOT their responsibility to phone the customer (contrary to the PG Glass SMS). She informed me that they would now order the windscreen (Got the vehicle details completely wrong) and that they would have them in store by end of business Tuesday (9 April) and that they will be able to fit on Wednesday (10 April).

Still no one have taken the time to phone me to let me know when they will install the windscreens.

This is absolutely bad service. With PG Glass, surely one call does not fix it all.
