This week our camera crew filming in Uganda, experienced equipment failure which could have resulted in huge financial losses had it not been for Berco's exceptional turn around times and phenomenal customer service. Within 24 hours after me dropping off the spare camera equipment, my package arrived at the Protea hotel in Uganda, 1& a half hours drive from the airport. Having contacted most other courier services, the second best offer was a 48hr turn around and with no guarantees of additional delays from customs
