I would like to give 2compliments:

1. Audit Roadside assistance. I called them 3times in 1week to jumpstart my car. On all 3 occassions, the call centre staff and the road side staff where very friendly & proffessional. Although all gave top class service, i feel the need to mention that Shaun from the call centre was outstanding.

2. Audi Sandton Service department. I took my car in for a service. My service advisor has always been the same guy - Muhammed. I have always received top service from him. He calls me throughout the day giving progress on my vehicle.

This kind of service makes one think twice before changing into another brand.
