I bought brakes and the brakes does not fit. According to the dealer they can't take it back because it was ordered according to vin #. They had the brakes in stock and the box was damaged and old now they claim that it was specially ordered.all I want is a refund because I need to buy other stuff for the car.they first said I must pay handling fee of which I agreed to but now they tell me that they can't ate it back, they going back on heir word once again. They never explained to me that I'm not allowed to bring back the stuff if it doesn't fit and this is not the first time I buy from them.
