Failure to supply supportive documments

My name is tebogo, I bought a car from zeda car sales (Avis) in january, and later had an accident and my tyres were tempered and changed. I requested a simple thing, documents to support that he car was sold with one set of tyres and now it is almost 3 weeks now, and it is like the car was taken from nowher and sold to me it has no history, all am asking is supporting documents to prove that my car was tempered with, am never found at pubs or any place unsafe, i drive only to work.and after work and weekends my car is in the yard... Can somebody adhereto my request and help me with those documents.
