My name is tebogo, i had an accident in february and my car was towed by first rand authorised by the insurance, it took them about 2 months to fix my car and when they finally did, i was called to get my car and paid excess money to panelbeater, my car was said to have undergone quality but there were cables hanging and had to return it for the airbags to be fitted correctly and working as they were not working, but i was handed the car anyway... Now, a week later i notice and shocked to see that my car now has 2 set of tyres and the back tyres are not even fit for me to be driving it, i have been taking to his person and i dont seem to be getting answers while on the other hand trying to get him proof that the car was bought with 1 set of tyres, the insurance is failing to tell me what happened to my car after being towed and taken to storage for month before it was assessed, i want my car moving and the insurance is failing me..what happened from the time was towed and while at storage, i need answers and solution as in now... somebody shud be responsible for this.
