They are not able to help deaf people

My mother had to get a rental car through work to get to a course in Centurion. How it work with them is they phone you to find out if you are at home so that they can deliver the car but she told them that she can't hear
and they should SMS her but they told her they can't do that. Wat nonsins is that? She can't help it if she are deaf and they are a big company doing well for themselves but they at helping the deaf.
