I hired a car on 01may13 at the OR Thambo avis for a week, i took it back to sandton avis on the 06may13. the assistant who helped me said i was suppose to bring car back on 08may13. i extended for another week thinking i will have car until15may13, on 13may13 avis called saying i have return car, dissapointed me i asked for exension for another week anyway, on 20th i called asked for extension for another week but before the week was over i got a call from avis OR thambo, asking for millage and car registration, so that the car could be booked as a montly rental which will be cheaper for and return car on 1st june, i was so happy with the suggestion that i emailed on the info required from me and i though i would have a till 1st june . on the 28thmay i get a call from avis Sandton (sharon) saying i should return car. i was so stressed as i spent most of money on weekend cos i thought i would hve car till 1st june, this such an inconvinience for me i need transport for work, i went to avis sandton to find out more info, they said the guy (salelo mongoedi) at OR Thambo did not put anything on system . this is very bad service its not acceptable . pls give clients correct info
