Sold me overpriced car, and broke a deal promise

Vuyo sold me a 2010 Hyndai Atos for an overprice of R85 000. He did not explain to me that my car finance was on a linked interest rate. He also promised to sell my Kia Cerato once I buy the Hyndai, which he didn't. He is not making efforts to sell my car, and he's got me stuck with two cars.
