Bad Sales

I went to them, saw the car I needed. After getting finance, I needed to make some changes to approved finance. During this time, noting them finance was approved, another person come and looked at my vehicle, had cash, and they sold it to him with out telling me. I believe that I had first option and they should've told them that it was sold.

This is terrible business ethics to sell because they had cash after they promised me the vehicle!!!

We were signing it off today finally, but then they only told me they sold it. Kept it quiet for a day.
