DELIVERS AT WRONG ADDRESS

Package was shipped out of Taipei (17/05) through customs and to TNT depot in Elandsfontein (21/05).
It was then supposed to be shipped to our offices in Rivonia.
Instead they delivered to some other company and now they can't track it or explain why it was delivered incorrectly.
They do not even do credential check to make sure that they deliver at correct location.
Unacceptable
