TNT Express should change their name to delayed

I am awaiting a shipment which arrived at customs SA on the 8th May. I was called on the 14th and was told it would be delivered the 15th, the 15th came and went and so did the 16th. When I logged in to see where my package was, apparently instead of being delivered it was taken back to the "TNT location" I decided to call them at 8 o clock this morning to find out what the problem was. I was told they could not find my address!!! Why didnt they call me, if there was a problem? So I gave them an alternate street name, so they wouldnt lose themselves. However later today, concerned about my delivery, I decided to call their offices. That call resulted in another 4, because each time I called, I was passed onto someone new. In two of these instances the phone was put down on me! Another two instances resulted in them promising to call me back, but they never did! Finally, when I did get through to the control room (miracle) I was told my package was not despached today!!! And I will only receive it Monday!! Couldn't they have told me this, this morning? Is this the way they operate their business, with no regard to customer's time, and with such a lack of customer courtesy? Appalled
