Ripp off after cancellation

My brother requested that his vehicle insurance be terminated by IDA insurance at the end of March 2013. The problem is that all efforts to have this sorted out don't bear fruits. Already R1800 has been unfairly taken from his account. This indicates to me that this insurance company is out to rip clients off even though their insurance terms are unacceptable. Stay away from IDA insurance if you don't want to have eternal debit orders on your account.
