Don't honor Guarantee

We bought a Hajaju FK800 from the said supplier. After only travelling 980km the engine blew a Head Gasket and the vehicle still under Warrenty. They refuse to repair under warrenty and said We have to pay for the repairs. This is a off road vehicle and the aledge that we should not go off roading with it. Then why did we buy it. We got reports from various repair centers that the cooling system is in fact suspect. Now they offer us just R65000.00 to compansate us this vehicle cost us R103000.00 six months ago we have travelled approximate 980 km this comes to approximately R39.00 per kilometer. IS THIS FAIR??? Would you like to buy one- I don't think sooo...
