On the 9th of May 2013 i booked my car for service at Toyota Lephalale, were i was issued with an appointment date that was in weeks' time to come. The date for my scheduled date to have the car serviced was on the 15th of may 2013. On the 15th of may 2013 i was then was quoted for the service of the car whereby the mentioned that they needed R12 800.00 to fix the car and they Will not order the parts before i pay the deposit. The deposit of R6000.00 was paid on the 16th of May and they promised i will get the car on monday as they guarantee that all the parts will arrive on Monday of the 20th. On Monday of the 20th i received a call from the branch tell that the quote was now revised to be R18 200 whereby a difference of R5400.00 was added to the quote. Today is the 24th of the month i still haven't been called to come and collect the car. I been enquiring all week long but with no luck i was advised that they still waiting for the parts. The service that i experienced at this dealership is ridiculous. Please help me to correct this issue. I refuse to pay the R5400.00 as it was not included in the first quotation.
